Ramadan

Turning small donations into big smiles for the
children of Khano Goth, Karachi
This Ramadan, Let Your Charity Bring Hope
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said:
“The best charity is that given in Ramadan.”
(Tirmidhi)
Following the Sunnah of our beloved Prophet ﷺ by feeding the hungry, helping the poor, and giving in charity brings countless rewards from Allah. Every act of kindness in this sacred month is multiplied, and those who give with sincerity will find their generosity returned in both this life and the Hereafter.
As we break our fasts, let’s remember those who have nothing to eat. Your donation today can provide food, water, and essential aid to those in desperate need. Seize this opportunity to earn Allah’s mercy—give now and be a source of relief for the less fortunate.

Zakat & Sadaqah
acts of charity that purify our wealth and bring us closer to Allah.
Zakat is an obligatory form of charity, a pillar of Islam that every eligible Muslim must give annually. It is a fixed percentage (2.5%) of your wealth and assets, including savings, investments, and business profits, provided you meet the minimum threshold (Nisab). Zakat helps to purify your wealth and ensures it is distributed to those in need, fighting poverty and promoting social justice. It also draws us closer to Allah’s mercy and reminds us of our responsibility toward the less fortunate.
Eligibility for Zakat:
- You must be a Muslim
- You must own wealth that meets or exceeds the Nisab (the minimum threshold, usually equivalent to the value of 87.48 grams of gold or 612.15 grams of silver)
- The wealth must be in your possession for one full lunar year.
Sadaqah, while voluntary, holds immense rewards, whether given in small or large amounts. Every act of Sadqah, whether helping someone with a smile, providing food, or supporting essential projects, earns continuous blessings from Allah and relieves those in need.
